Returns & Exchanges

At JOY, we want you to love every piece you wear, so if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your unworn garments in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
